For
the first-time traveler, this is the sign that you will go to Bicol Albay.
Because I gonna tell you the full information that I remember when me and my
family go there, but first I gonna tell you all about Bicol and the food
delicacies that I try there. Bicol Albay is located in the Southern end of the
island of Luzon, this is one of the popular destinations here in the
Philippines because of having a rich in culture and history. It includes also on
this is having a plenty natural attraction, good infrastructure and beaches
that the tourist will enjoy. This are the famous destination here in bicol,
first is Mount Mayon Volcano this is the most iconic mountain in bicol because
of having a perfect cone shape. That's why this is one of the best bucket list you
must visit first, when you see a picture in Google Mayon Volcano is very nice
to see. But when you go in Mount Mayon Volcano in Actual you will amaze and you
can take a picture also just to have a remebrance that you go there for the
first time. Actually, in year 2017 we go there and my expression is very happy
and amaze, my mother is Bicolana that's why she was familiar to this place, and
she tells us the most delicious food that we have to try the first is bicol express, this dish is very
famous here in bicol because of having a spicy but still tastes good. Second is
pinangat just like bicol express this is one of the region's cuisine that you
must try, because you will never regret to try this food. Third is Pili Cheese
cake, this is one of local desert here in Bicol, if you try this your money is
worth it to pay because it's very delicious. After I mention the famous
delicacies and destination that you can visit, I gonna tell you all about the
activities that you must try if you want to go to Bicol. First is ATV Tour to
Mount Mayon or also known as Lava Wall trails, if you try this ride you will
enjoy and have a delightful experience in your whole life as a first-time
traveler. And also, this activity is perfect for the tourist who challenges
themselves to be brave and to close to the iconic lava wall, just a reminder you
need to have a tourguide just for your safety. Next, you must visit Cagsawa
Ruins, this is old church on 18th century and the name of this is Franciscan
Church. When we go there our tour guide explained the history of this church,
according to our tour guide Ms. Angela she said that this church have so many
people who pray for their lives because Mount Mayon is explode during that
time. But all of them are died no one is survive, when I hear that I feel sad. Next
Activity that you must try is to trekking adventure up to Mayon Volcano, but
don't worry because you have a tour guide just to give you any tips how to
climb, safe way to walk and so many more. This trekking experience takes 2-3
hours so that you see the beauty of bicol, But if you want to experience
underground river. You can visit Quitinday Hills in Camalig albay, this is very
famous in social media and instantly to became a tourism hotspot since then.
The original name of this is Naglaud Underground River, the cave is
approximately 150 meters long and this river is having a stalactites,
stalagmites, columns and various rock formations.. So this is all of information that I gonna tell you, I
hope that you enjoy my blog because all of I mention here is true because I go
there too. Sharing experience to other people is a pleasure to me, because I
can share my experience.
